Councilwoman is an inspiring and informational documentary that serves both as record and template for what politics and politicians can look like in 2019. Featuring panel with special guest and film subject, Providence Councilmember Carmen Castillo with Oxnard City Councilmember, Carmen Ramirez.

Inspired by the true story of the escape by 38 IRA prisoners from the notorious Maze Prison in 1983 (which left one prison officer dead and others seriously injured), Maze is a post-hunger strike narrative which eschews jailbreak high-jinx in favor of intense character-driven drama.
